The rent includes all services except heating in the winter months for which there is an additional charge. Linen and towels are provided for 10 people. There will be a small reduction in the rental price for less than maximum occupancy, please contact us for details. You are asked to clean the house at the end of your stay.

La Micocouliere is located in the countryside in a small hamlet, Les Vielles Blaces, near to and with views of the nearby village of Caseneuve in the unspoilt hill country of the Luberon. Caseneuve is a quiet and peaceful village, one of the most attractive in the area. The nearby town of Apt has excellent shopping facilities including an exceptionally good market every Saturday morning. Good Cotes de Ventoux and Cotes du Luberon wine can be bought at any of the local Caves Co-operatives at the sort of price you dream of and there are many good restaurants in the area.
This large semi-detached stone built house is part of a restored farm located in the countryside near to and with views up to the village. It is completely independent of the main house with its own separate entrance and terraces. The house is in an elevated position with magnificent views southwards across the peaceful countryside towards the Luberon hills. The house is decorated and furnished in provencal style and has lovely terracotta floors throughout.
The house is on two levels with a stone staircase to the first floor. Ground floor: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Living/dining room with log burning stove. First floor, 5 very spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms two ensuite, laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 1, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2, twin bedroom, Bedroom 3 twin bedroom, Bedroom 4, double bedroom, Bedroom 5 double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Separate family bathroom and separate toilet.
There are electric heaters for the cooler months.
There are two private terraces, one covered and sheltered ideal for outdoor dining, the other with a splendid outlook over the hills. The swimming pool has a further large sun terrace with superb vista and lots of sunbathing space. Chairs and table are provided for eating out and loungers for the pool area. The pool has a large pool house with showers and WC.
This house is perfect for a large party of friends or two families with the layout of the house allowing much individual privacy.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own pool towels
We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. A returnable damages deposit of £500 is also payable at time of final payment. This is refunded after your departure once the house has been checked. All telephone charges, breakage's, etc. will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you.
A deposit for cleaning is payable direct to the owner on arrival. If you prefer not to clean the house after your stay this cleaning deposit is non -refundable but is refundable on departure if you do clean the house . Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to clean and check the house we ask guests to arrive after 16.00 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance which covers cancellation. This is widely available, for example from airlines, ferry companies, and the AA
