Les Rossignols comprises two holiday properties, an Apartment and a Suite, both self contained and independent from each other in a beautiful tranquil countryside setting with lovely views near the picturesque village of Roussillon. The village has good local shopping, restaurants and bars.

The Apartment and Suite are charmingly designed by their artist owner and are very well equipped. Both have their own outdoor sitting areas and there are many more secluded areas in the cool and shady grounds. The Apartment and Suite can be let as individual holiday properties or rented together as one unit for up to 5 people.

The grounds of Les Rossignols are a haven of peace and relaxation as the apartments are in a natural park of 5 hectares with footpaths all around for leisurely strolls, lovely shady glades to relax in and a 35 metre square swimming lake. This is a real oasis in a natural environment with crystal clear waters with easy access for swimming from the wooden diving board. A truly heavenly place to relax.

Les Rossignols also offers the use of a lovely Spa with Hammam (steam bath), shower, cold water dipping pool and jacuzzi. What a delightful way to spend an hour or two. The Spa can be booked on an hourly basis direct with the owner for an additional cost. Your first visit (2 hours) is included in your rental cost.

The House

The Apartment comprises a living/dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher). A washing machine is also available. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and there is a separate shower room leading off the living room. The living room has a specially designed sofa that can be converted into a single or twin beds for additional guests. The Apartment has lovely Italian stone floors throughout.

There is Satellite TV and DVD/VCR for entertainment together with internet access. The propety is centrally heated for the cooler months.

Access to the apartment is via a large conservatory. On cooler days the conservatory is a comfortable seating and dining area as it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. In the summer it can be opened completely and with its sunshade becomes a covered terrace leading to the furnished outdoor seating area.facing out across the garden with beautiful views across the valley to the Vaucluse hills beyond.

There is private parking for the guests of Les Rossignols. We regret this property is not suitable for young children or animals.

Bed linen, table linen and towels (including pool towels) and bathrobes are all supplied.

This is truly charming property in a delightful and peaceful countryside setting with everything you could possibly need for the ultimately relaxing holiday in Provence.

The rent includes all services. *There is a charge for heating from November to April according to consumption.

Booking Conditions

We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. A returnable damages deposit of £250 is also payable at time of final payment. This is refunded after your departure once the house has been checked. All telephone charges, breakage's, etc. will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to clean and check the house we ask guests to arrive after 16.00 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance which covers cancellation. This is widely available, for example from price comparison sites, airlines, ferry companies, and the AA.
